Today our pre approval documents were submitted. Our agency says they normally hear back very quickly and that we may have pre-approval by the end of the week. That would be exciting! However, then we wait for for our letter of acceptance (LOA)which was the most painful wait last time. Our agency says the average wait for LOA is 2-4 months but it can more or less. So unpredictable! Last time is was just under two months. We shall see...
